Every time I take chicken wraps I have vagal intestinal discomfort due to stomach cramps with diarrhea and nausea or vomiting. I've been noticing it for several months now. As soon as I take Macdo I get very sick.

Since the 4 times that I have been there after eating McDonald's a few hours later I have had severe, horrible abdominal cramps with nausea and limited to discomfort and diarrhea, while before ever nothing and since the last 4 no it's horrible
