I ate at the McDonald's around 13:30 this Friday, November 3, and around 6 p.m. I started to have a stomachache, abdominal pain, then diarrhea, nausea and vomiting all evening, and today I still have these abdominal pains.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
