Liquid diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain for 12 hours. Severe dehydration, requiring hospitalization. Macdonalds Quai de Jemmapes, Paris.
Meal time: 23:30 on 29/12
Start of symptoms: 4:00am on 30/12

My boyfriend had exactly the same symptoms a few hours apart
