Yesterday around 13:45 I ordered a double bigmac menu. While eating I felt a bit strange bit didnt pay attention. After a few hours I started feeling nausea. Not long after my symptoms started. It was my first meal of the day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
