Chicken Big Mac Illness

I hate a chicken Big Mac, the only thing I ate different to anyone else in my household. I also had eaten nothing else that day and 15 hours before the bigmac. I’ve had horrific stomach cramps, sickness, diarrhoea. That chicken was still not digested 7 hours after….. I will never eat there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
