Gotten really sick at was throwing up from 3am until 5am. I had the McChicken burger around 5pm. I feel so miserable. Naussea, diarrea, vomitting, cramps. Headache. Ordered on 3rd Jan 2025 at 16.35.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
