He ate Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich meal on 2/21 ...(posting for husband who is still in bed sick) Few hours after eating, vomiting and nausea started. Belly swelled up to look like he was pregnant. Severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
