A mocha frappe at Mc Donalds, It was just me, and it was late night around 10. A couple of hours later I went to bed, then the next morning I woke up with my stomach and abdomen hurting and I've now had diarrhea all day and can't eat without throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
