Overnight Shift Meal Woes

Ordered a large fry, 2 double cheeseburgers, and a large water at around 9:45pm. It is now 3am and the nausea and diarrhea will not stop. I work overnight shift so this was my first meal for the day and unfortunately I had to call out. Not happy

McChicken Triggers Illness

I ate a McChicken around 12:40pm and about 2 hours later.. diarrhea, nausea, and about 7 house later.. vomiting.
