Fast Food Illness: Diarrhea

My husband ate here last Thursday in the early afternoon. A few hours later he developed severe diarrhea. It is now 24 hours later and he is still very ill. Other than the food from McDonald's he has had nothing but water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
