Food Safety Reports: McDonald's, Howland Boulevard, Deltona, FL, USA

Ate big mac at lunch (noon), Tasted funny so I only ate 1/2, went home to do work, at 6:30 I began to vomit for nearly all night, fever actual went down to 96, Stomach cramps. Worst 2 days of my life.
I have the other 1/2 sandwich to test at lab.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
