We thought it may be the salad since you are always hearing about problems with lettuce being contaminated. My wife did not eat all her chicken marsala so we brought that home with one breadstick. I heated the chicken marsala up for lunch on Wednesday the 21st. Several hours later I experienced the exact same symptoms as on Sunday, nausea, diarrhea and severe abdominal cramps. TIP: Norivirus is one of the most common foodborne illnesses, it can be transmitted via food, then the person who gets it is highly contagious and can in fact pass it on to family members co-workers etc.
