Ordered 6 piece McNugget, nothing else. I only ate 2 because they tasted really bad and almost plastic-like. The next morning started exhaustion, nausea, vomiting, chest pains, and more for 2 days. Couldn't eat in that time either.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
