About 4 days ago I ordered a deluxe McChicken from McDonalds, the past 3 days I've been horribly sick. I'm nauseated, dizzy, have barely been able to eat or drink, vomiting, diarrhea, and having body pains.

Quarter Pounder Illness Symptoms

Last Friday, June 16th, at midnight I ate a quarter pounder meal with a Powerade. Only a few hours later because I had to get up the next day at 6am for football practice I started vomiting nonstop. Throughout the day I began to get dizzy and found out I had diarrhea.
