Qtr Pounder, Nuggets Illness

I ate a quarter pounder and chicken nuggets from the McDonalds, Hours later I was sick with stabbing abdominal pain and diarrhea that lasted hours. The next day I was still sick and unable to eat without the awful diarrhea.
