Ate Mcnuggets after work 10pm. Went to sleep a little after. Woke up hours later drenched in sweat with the worst stomach pain of my life. Needless to say I shat all over the walls when I reached the bathroom. Still feeling the stomach pain half a day later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Sweating
