I ate McDonald’s last night, two cheeseburgers. I woke up by nausea and then throwing up and diarrhea, Just myself, I had to call out sick today from work due to vomiting and diarrhea. About six hours after I ate the cheeseburgers the symptoms started  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
