Nuggets Delay, Severe Reaction

Ordered 2 ten piece nuggets. Waiting 15 minutes. Finally I requested a refund as i didnt ave time for this. They produced the nuggets.....4 hours later violent vomiting, shit my pants as i couldnt make it to the bathroom 8 feet away...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
