Undigested McD's, Severe Nausea

Had several double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The next day I felt horrible. Extreme nausea and light headedness. I almost passed out several times. Eventually this lead to vomiting. Which, without too much description, had contents of obviously undigested McDonald's. This was over 24 hours ago… See more
