I ate a four for four from McDonald's around 9pm last night. Around 3am I was having stomach cramp and developed a fever. I start vomiting and using the bathroom around 5am didn't stop until 12pm the same day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
