About a month ago a friend and i ate chicken nuggets at the McDonalds on Sharyland and after he left sick and had diarrhea. Later that day, after not eating anything else, i got home and felt sick. I ended up throwing up for 2 days had fever and chills and after had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
