My son got his happy meal from here. He had chicken nuggets, Mc flurry with Oreo. Just few hours later, he had high fever, headache, was feeling nauseous and had loose stools. He suffered like hell and he decided not to eat from here at all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
