Angus Meal Illness Symptoms

I had a classic angus meal, my wife had a quarter pounder meal last night at about 5:30 and I was up at 11pm with diharia and vomiting, my wife followed me closely, since then I have been sick again and on and off the toilet.
My wife has thrown up more than me  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
