10:30am dec 28th 2017. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and ate it. Only food all day. 2 hours later i felt a knock at my backdoor. I was vomiting and had diarrhea all night. Never eating McDonald again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
