Nuggets, Burger Cause Illness

I went to buy some burger and chicken nuggets for my daughter and few hours after eating it she started vomiting and diarrhoea followed. She was very weak and had very bad headache and couldn't go to school. I will be going to the mcdonolds to put in a compliant as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
