Ordered a number 2 quarter pounder meal, fries, orange soft drink, side of nuggets and barbecue sauce. 7PM within 40 minutes of consuming the food I have been unwell. Burger tasted old and over cooked like it had been sitting for a while

Symptons started roughly an hour after eating. Stomache first started feeling cramped or tightened then painful. Started throwing up violently another hour later - still to present. Even throwing up lots of water after trying to hydrate myself.

Chicken Nuggets Cause Illness

We stopped for a quick bite to eat at 3:30, I had chicken mcnuggets. Right after eating I felt ill, bloating, light-headed, and diarrhea.
