The philly cheese steak with onions and peppers was unpleasant to eat, but it was palatable enough to just eat the meat while picking out the vegetables. I felt nauseous before bed at 11pm and took an antacid. I woke up at 2 in the morning that same night and vomited, vomiting six times with two occasions of diarrhea over the course of eight hours with intermittent sleep.
