Gas Station Empanada Illness

went to the gas station this morning on my way to school to catch a bus, grabbed and empanada and a drink. Took one bite out of the damn thing while waiting for my bus. Tasted like garbage so I through it away, about 5 mins later my stomach starts to kill me and I feel like I want to die  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Other
