went to the gas station this morning on my way to school to catch a bus, grabbed and empanada and a drink. Took one bite out of the damn thing while waiting for my bus. On 3/2, I ate chicken tacos with white rice, cheese and lettuce. Ordered at 6:45pm and ate it at 7:00 pm. I had to run to the restroom twice after getting severe stomach pains and had diarrhea the second time. I didn’t see a doctor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
