Margarita Pizza Illness Lingers

I went Thursday evening, ordered a Margarita pizza and about 20 minutes after I started having cramps, awful gas, and diarrhea. This lasted through the night and throughout the next day. It’s Saturday now and I am still experiencing diarrhea and some cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
