Order food through DoorDash, and a couple hours later I had to leave work early as I had began to have diarrhea and vomiting. For the next couple hours I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This lead to me losing about 8-10 pounds.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
