I ate chicken nachos from Moe’s around 1PM. Around 6PM, I started getting chills and stomach cramps. When I got home around 7PM I vomited twice and had severe diarrhea. Throughout the night I had diarrhea at least 10 more times. The following morning I had the chills and a fever and threw up again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
