Friday21 June 2024 at Nando’s I had chicken raps there that weren’t very warm and as soon as I said to the wife I thaught I’m going to regret this No,I was on my way to France on Eurostar so I couldn’t report it from south of France.

Severe D&V, Hospitalized

Ate there in the evening and started to feel ill in the night. Severe D and V followed by a trip to hospital as Zi was having dizzy spells caused by the dehydration. Overnight on a drip then released.
