Hospital Rush: Contaminated Food

I live by myself but there was alot of people going to the same hospital that day on 9/19. The restaurant is located at frankford aria hospital Philadelphia pa next to aria Frankford hospital. I was hospitalized for 7 days dx H pyloric due to contaminated foods or drinks
