Pad Thai Illness Report

I had the Pai tay (spelling might not be right). It was number L30 on the menu. Didn't like the flavor so only ate about half. Woke up vomiting and then diarrhea. Was ill all day and even passed out | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
