Salad Causes Severe Illness

Picked up salad Sunday night. Woke up Monday with chills. Went for routine blood test, passed out and vomited. In bed all day, no appetite. Same Tuesday. Noodles and Company is OFF my list  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
