Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

I took my twins to the zoo and I ate a spicy chicken sandwich at lunch. The next morning I woke up with intense stomach cramps and feelings of throwing up. I ended up having diarrhea and vomiting and feel horrible and am in bed now.
