had a meal deal with a chicken tikka sandwich and a scotch egg about six hours ago, progressively felt more sick as the day went on. Now vomiting and diarrhea. Sandwich was taken from the shop to my flat, then eaten within 25mins  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
