My wife and I both became violently ill the morning after eating salad at The Organ Stop. Our son just had pizza and did not become sick. 3 solid days flat on our backs in bed, with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and severe dizziness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
