Soggy Sandwich, Severe Symptoms

Also had extreme chills. Could not reach phone or w/have called 911. Happened on 4/24/18. Ate only small amount of sandwich due to how soggy it was. Extremely sick by 6:30pm same day. Lasted for several hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
