Food Safety Reports: Pei Wei, West Pauline Whitaker Parkway, Rogers, AR, USA

Kung pao chicken. 5:45 pm on 2/14/16. Symptoms began about 30-60 minutes after eating. Almost threw up. Diarrhea-12 times. Serious abdominal pains. Lasted about 7 hours. I've read websites that suggest MSG(which I don't think it's that) & cottonseed oil (I think is more likely).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
