I ordered the pad Thai with chicken and I was fine but a few hours after I had a fever with chills, headache and stomach pain. Today I woke up with the fever, cramps, headache and watery diarrhea so literally can’t eat anything. Pretty sure it’s food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
