Bloody Vomiting After Pho

I ate at exactly 6 pm, 2 hours after eating, I couldn’t even move, I felt so nauseous and sick. The symptoms got worst by the hour. I have been vomiting off and on for 16hrs . My vomit is bloody | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
