Pho Lunch Illness Outbreak

My family and I ate lunch at the restaurant on July 3, 2024. The next day my sister had a headache and then experienced severe diarrhea and throwing up for about 10 hours. I got sick an hour or so after her and am still having symptoms. My mom is currently experiencing the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
