Never thought of the Cheerios, but everything else I ate that day was fine, not expired, etc. I was afraid to leave the house and happy I work from home. I had the same yogurt/Cheerios combo yesterday - same thing this morning. I am not nauseous, just this horrible cramping, diarrhea and bloated stomach. I Googled around and look what I found ... this forum on what I am experiencing. I will also add that I bought Folgers instant coffee last year ... had the same symptoms and Googled around then and found a lot of people with the same symptoms in another forum ... I never buy Folgers, just Nescafe instant but due to supply chain issues, I got Folgers. I am otherwise healthy - what did they put in these products? I am happy to find this forum as I was starting to worry and glad I connected the Cheerios.
