I went with a friend to this restaurant. I ordered a pizza. As my friend and I were leaving the restaurant, I felt nauseous. My friend noticed the symptoms. Later in the middle of the night, I got up due to terrible stomach pain. I later told my friend about this incident.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
