Eat 1 personal pan Pizza 1x week for 1 year no complaints. BUT on 5/17/2023 ordered personal pan 1/2 PEP 1/2 MUSH 8PM CST, ate it, felt fine until 3AM 5/18/2023 when vomiting dizzy weak fever hellish feeling of death for 52 hours. The only food within 4-6 hour window was this food eaten while hot.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Dizziness
