I was feeling fine all day . When I came back home from the gym, my friend offfered me s piece of pizza. I ate, fell asleep and a few hours later I was puking my lungs out. Repeatedly all night. I can’t even sip water without throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
