Both my wife and I are vomiting, running a fever, experiencing stomach cramps that feel like needles and we are unable to keep fluids down. We are also experiencing diarrhea. The symptoms started about 12 hours after consumption.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
