Earlier today, I had a Cesar salad from this establishment. It tasted off but with having covid recently, I just thought it was me. It also was gritty. I've had diarrhea and nausea for 7 hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
